Each day will focus on the subtlety of yoga practice, engaging with principles of alignment and efficiency, playing with energetic shifts and transformations, and enhancing the expansive space of in-betweenness moving through one asana to the next. All are ages, levels of experience and backgrounds are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one.
Biba has been practicing yoga for going on 18 years, teaching for 8 years, and has recently moved to Hamtramck. MI. She is also a dance artist and performer and considers this work beneficial in investigating heightened states of awareness and receptivity.
