What we started with in 2008 the building was in really rough shape. We worked in the dark to clear out garbage with the goal of starting a gallery. We have steadily worked on the project using our own money and having shows as fundraisers. It has been a long process testing our patience, resourcefulness, and creativity. We continue to work on it one project at a time and organize work days from time to time where neighbors and other volunteers assist us, and learn construction skills.
